Tired Of Cooking The Same Yellowtail Meal?
Hello all,
Another recipe for everyone! This one is when I cook my fish.
Ingredients
- Light Beer
- Unsalted Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Fish
- Flour

Step 1: Soak the fish in the beer for about 30 min
Step 2: Cover the fish with flour
Step 3: Melt butter in a pan than add the fish. Add salt/ pepper
Step 4: Enjoy!
I use unsalted butter because it doesn't burn in the pan when cooking.
The beer you use can all determine what you like, I do not like dark beers and I can taste it in the fish if I happen to use a dark beer. My favorite fish with this is snapper or dolphin, for some reason the grouper doesn't seem to go with this recipe. Its all personal preference what fish you like with what recipe.

This is a super simple recipe that I enjoy, but you can modify it with the beer or spices you enjoy. With how much fish I eat, I have to change the way I cook it every time. The picture is yellowtail I caught in the Bahamas on 20lb Bullbuster mono!
