How To Make Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi & Sushi Rolls:
This video posted by "CatalinaOutdoorProducts" shows how to make sashimi and sushi rolls from your yellowfin. Take note that the best part of the tuna for sashimi besides the belly is near the spine, since that area of the meat is not responsible for doing a lot of work it has remained especially tender. If you catch tuna often, it may be worth investing in a rice cooker and a sushi making kit.
In the video he makes:
Sashimi - Raw yellowfin tuna
Maki - Seaweed roll with rice and tuna (Maki means roll)
Nigiri - Rice with wasabi and yellowfin tuna on top
The sushi he makes in the video has just rice and tuna, but you can add a number of ingredients such as jalapeños and avocado to add extra flavor to your sushi. Don't forget your wasabi and soy sauce!
