Well, we have been fortunate to have gotten an early start to the charter season. Business has been steady and the fishing has not disappointed. We have been wearing out the big Amberjack between 80-150ft of water. Jacks like big structure so look for big humps and wrecks and get on them. The beeliners and pogeys have been cooperating nicely and have acted as a nice box filler. Look for them around natural bottom as well as wrecks and use 2-3 hook gears with squid. Lastly, the snapper and grouper bite has been very steady. Even though we cant keep them right now it has been nice to see some very respectable gags coming over the rail. Triggerfish will be closing for the rest of the season soon which completely sucks but we will survive!!
