TFT Southern California Weekly Land Based Shark Report:
Unfortunately not much to report for the Ventura area. Seems like the action is starting to die down. Perhaps the recent south swell will bring some more action that direction, only time will tell. The good news is that fall is creeping up! Time to start pounding the beaches again!
Los Angeles County:
South LA county has been seeing some signs of life, with long beach harbor getting the leopards and shovelnose steadily. Heard some reports of threshers on the drop baits as well!
The OC finally saw a slow down. Threshers are around, but smaller and more sporadic. A few bonito have returned though to keep things interesting for our jigging amigos. More exotics are around though as well including an extended stay of the banded guitar sharks!
San Diego County:
SD county should see an uptake in activity sine the fall is approaching finally! Lets hope the sevens start to make a showing!
