TFT Southern California Weekly Land Based Shark Report:
Ventura County:
Pretty much the same Radio Silence from the VC area as usual. Lets hope the fall weather wakes up some deepwater cow sharks for our boys from the north!
Los Angeles County:
South LA county has been hot! Quite a few nicer grade bat rays and butterfly rays and even a juvenile white for our LA friends. Threshers shouldn’t be far behind!
Orange County:
The OC finally on the upswing after last weeks slower bite. Bigger grade threshers are around, some over the 8’ mark! Leopards are still around as well, so if that’s your jam, go surfcasting!
San Diego County:
SD county on the quieter side this week, nothing much to report, but the word of bigger grade (24â€+) bonito is worth investigating for anyone thinking of hitting the planks down that way!
