What Braided Fishing Line Should I Use?

For surf casting we recommend using 30-40Lb braided fishing line. This line should not only last you a long time but it should do well for any monsters you hook along the way.

What Monofilament Fishing Line Should I Use?

While braid is a our first choice for surf casting because it lasts a lot longer, if you choose to use mono we recommend using 20Lb monofilament.
