Jonathan Solo Trip

What It Takes To Make Solo Shark Fishing Possible

It's a Saturday night, and there is not much to do in the city. Jonathan and Jesus decide to split up to cover more ground to try and find where the bite was at. Conditions were not the best with 2-4ft waves but the water looked fishy as heck. Jonathan only had one jack for bait and he decided to go all in and try his luck. While Jonathan is waiting for a bite he spends his time talking to some locals. About an hour after the bait was deployed, Jonathan's bait gets picked up solid and it is on.

Bull Shark

This Bull Shark made a couple of short runs cause the drag was on full and the reel was topped with 300lb Bullbuster Monofilament. It was very hard landing this fish because Jonathan was by himself and even though a big crowd of spectators were watching nobody dared to grab the shark. After Jonathan convince a tourist that was watching to hold his rod, Jonathan managed to run to the water to put the tail rope on a hefty looking bull. Pictures are not the best because Jonathan moved fast on that bull shark to release him fast and safely. This fish was caught on bullbuster monofilament and bullbuster braid.
